Local Community Steering Committee
Its responsible for community development
projects and concerns of the communities they
represent.
Its membership includes elected community
members, NGOs doing conservation work in the
region as well as representatives of local
governments.
Three elected members serve on the Board. |

Technical Advisory Committee advises on technical
issues including research matters. Members
are eminent persons in their fields of interest
to BMCT. |

Trust Administration Unit: (TAU) is the administrative
wing of BMCT and sits in Bwindi Trust House
in Kabale town.
